1. Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail

The Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail is located in Canterbury. The track spans 310kms with an easy to intermediate skill level with an estimated time frame of 4-6 days to complete. For more information see this link.

The Timber Trail will take about 2 days to complete at a distance of 87kms. Located 55 minute drive from Taupo this track will have you cycling through forests and over 8 suspension bridges. For more information see this link.

3. Hauraki Rail Trail

The Hauraki Rail Trail is 69kms and located just 1.5 hours drive from Auckland. It’s likely to take about 2 days to complete and you’ll cycle through lush green Waikato farm lands, to areas rich in pioneering history. For more information see this link.

The Waikato River Trail is 100kms long just a 40 minute drive from Hamilton. The estimated time to complete this track is 1-4 days which you’ll cycle through farmlands, towering dams with lake and river views. For more information see this link.
